FAQs

What exactly does Parafernalia do?

We design and produce stands, events, activations, micro activations and bespoke experiences. From a pencil to a stadium: if your brand needs to exist in the physical world and stay in people's heads, it is with us.

Do you only work in Guadalajara?

We were born in Guadalajara and our workshop lives here, but the pack travels: we produce and operate projects all over Mexico. Your expo is in Monterrey and your launch in Mexico City; we bring the screws.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Ideally 4 to 8 weeks for a stand or event, and 2 to 3 for a micro activation. Reality? Write to us with whatever you have; we love impossible deadlines, but we charge for the cardio.

Is there a minimum budget?

We do not work with catalogue rates because we do not do catalogue projects. There are small projects with aim and big projects with deployment; what there are not is half-done projects. Tell us what you need and we will tell you what can be done with what you have.

Do you subcontract production?

No. Design, production, printing, CNC cutting and carpentry all live under our roof. Your project does not pass through three middlemen: it passes through our hands, from the idea to the last screw.

Can you only design, or only build?

Yes. If you already have the design, we build it with love and without judging (well, a little). If you only need the concept and the executive project, that works too. Although when we do everything, the magic comes out rounder.

Which industries do you work with?

All the ones that want to stop boring their audience. We have done everything for consumer goods, tech, healthcare, entertainment, retail and TV. The industry sets the context; we bring the punch.

How do I request a quote?

Quote button, two-minute message, and we contact you. No cold calls, no endless meetings: clear brief, clear proposal.

What do you need from me to start?

Your goal, your date, your rough budget, and your willingness to let us push back when needed. The perfect brief does not exist; the honest conversation does.

What if my idea is not clear yet?

Even better. Half-baked ideas are our favorite raw material. That is what the brief is for: you bring the problem, we bring the paraphernalia.
